Everything seems fine now and you seem to have made major improvements with everything. I am getting re-aquainted with the lessons and find it to be EXCELLENT method for reviewing and practicing Microsoft Access. That Kyle Dawson is one hell of a guy, yet I'm glad you have kept him from being too obtrusive, & haven't turned him into an annoying talking head. Thank you again for being so fair.

I have completed my comparison of the Azimuth Access 2000 Essentials Edition CD-ROM and its Learn2 counterpart. There is no comparison. Your product is clearly superior not only in its content but in its production. There were some minor bugs (a SmartQuiz question refused a correct answer; instruction was given about how to create something using a wizard but no example was given of the resulting form/report; etc.), but overall I was blown away by your product.

I'm very impressed with your product and have looked at quite a few over the past six months. With the ability to choose the questions and custom design the tests, it is PERFECT for eliminating unrelated skills and emphasizing important skills as they relate to our office use. Filtering out the questions on commands I don't introduce is ideal in our situation. For example, our employees do not ever have to save their Word docs as HTML files, but they do have to know how to access and create Templates.

We just installed our recent purchase of the LAN version of your training system for our Workforce Training Center. So far it's been working great! I was real pleased with the ease of install and your customer support has been top rate. We've got a large group scheduled for training next month, so this will be a good test. On the whole I think this has been a great solution for our needs.

We have been using your network version across our corporate intranet and have found it to be a wonderful solution to our training of new and existing employees. Now, we all can just click on the training shortcut on our desktops and go right to the product we are having questions with. I especially like it because it allows me to track who's learning what and how effective it is after they take the exams.

... so far what I have used has been very helpful. I'm now at a point where I feel comfortable downloading a sample certification test to see how I'm doing... this series has been very helpful with the areas of Word, Excel and PowerPoint that I don't use frequently and it explains it in English not "techie" English! I'm glad I purchased it.

This product has enabled our staff, as well as customers to learn and upgrade their skills in the various Microsoft programs that are available in the Adams County One Stop Career Center.

I have found this CD/Book program to be the perfect tool for the children in my computer classes at school. It's so easy to use and explains every step.

I was especially impressed with the personal contact. When I ordered the wrong program -- Access 97 instead of Access 2000 -- there was no problem to switch it out for me. I even received 2 personal phone calls to tell me how to get a replacement product and to confirm when the product was shipped! I appreciated the communication.

These training cd's are the best, even after all the trouble we had in getting them here [Australia], I'm glad that I persisted. The assistance I received from your rep Steve was wonderful. I did feel that the instruction for registering the product could be beefed up. We struggled and called the support line. For some people, this is the first CD-ROM training they have used and did not have copies of the instructions for installation. Comments on the training itself are very positive.

There could have been a higher level that was more in depth than the Essentials version. However, the product was especially easy to use.

Azimuth has one of the best quality CBT's around and I am very proud to be offering it to my trainees. The entire Azimuth staff has been very supportive in my company's effort to use the Office 97 CBT and Network Testing System. Sometimes you get programs that are so detailed that people who aren't used to doing academics get so scared they quit after two or three days. Your software is very user friendly and I have yet to find anyone who feels afraid of it. That's rare because I have a lot of people who don't know how to turn on a computer.

I was really looking for balance and this software has a nice coverage of balance and detail. I especially like that every five to six minutes the software asks the users to wake up and do something intelligent just like a real professor would do in a real classroom. Keep me informed when you get the Excel 2000 product complete! Thanks.
