may order Azimuth products directly from Azimuth with a purchase
order (PO), enabling you to receive a product before payment
is due. Purchase orders may require a credit information form.

| Azimuth
Interactive Inc. accepts purchase orders from governmental entities
and businesses. Governmental entity purchase orders do not require
pre-approval. Business purchase orders require pre-approval
by Accounting. |

selecting the products you wish to buy, print out the completed

Exempt Orders: |
| Tax
exempt orders must include a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
Because of tax laws, we are unable to accept a tax-exempt number
written on the actual PO as sole proof of exempt status. |

Limits: |
| Purchase
order approval is not required for orders $999 or less. For
orders $1000+ POs are accepted without a credit application
from government agencies, educational institutions, Fortune
500 and Service 500 organizations. If you do not fall into one
of these categories, you are required to fill out a credit application,
which will be maintained by Azimuth Finance. To receive the
Standard Azimuth Interactive Inc. Credit Application form, call
1 (800) 416-6786 to request a copy. |

| Return/
Replacement Policy |
| Products
may be returned to Azimuth Interactive, Inc., shipping
prepaid, for credit (at the invoiced price) toward future
purchases of Azimuth's software products or a full refund
subject to the following: |

Products
can be returned for a full refund if Azimuth Interactive
is notified within 30 days of purchase. |
| 2. |
Products
returned after 30 days will receive store credit against
a future purchase. |
| 3. |
The
customer is responsible to pay for the return shipment.

| 4. |
We
refund only the merchandise price. |
| |
| All
product returns must include: |
| (a)

A
return of materials authorization ("rma") number assigned
by Azimuth, and copies of the original invoices for the
returned software product packages, must accompany the
shipment. |
| (b) |
A
letter signed by the customer stating the product(s) have
been removed from their assigned computer system and all
back-up copies of the product(s) have been destroyed,
must accompany the shipment. |
