About Azimuth Interactive, Inc.
All information we collect about you will be controlled by Azimuth Interactive, Inc., a New York corporation. We do not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any identifiable personal information regarding our members to any third party. Information We Collect
In our online registration form, we require you to provide us with your full name, full street address, email address and a password. In addition, we require your city of birth, birth date, and a password question with its corresponding answer, so that we may identify you if you ever lose your password. We will process this information to provide services to you, and enable you to take advantage of other customer benefits.
We may also ask you for personal information at other times, including, but not limited to, when you report a problem with any of our services. Azimuth Interactive has centralized its records in the United States but may perform some of its data processing outside of the United States.
